Fatty Liver is a common problem in Diabetics. Excessive levels of circulating (lipids) fats get deposited in the liver;  this resul;ts in inflammation in the cells of liver which damages the liver itself, it may not cause any overt symptoms, but if left uncontrolled may cause cirhosis of liver. This can be controlled and prevented by adhering to proper Diabetic Diet and managing Lifestyle.
